SMART STEEL frying pans and pots are made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel , which is characterized by resistance to damage and corrosion. The thick bottom with a built-in aluminum disc ensures even heat distribution. (Full Induction technology) – dishes cook much faster, which affects lower energy consumption .

The inner part wok pan it is a Swiss ceramic coating ILAG XERADUR 2 – it does not contain harmful substances such as: PTFE, PFOA, cadmium, lead. The cookware is therefore fully safe for health and the environment.

The SMART STEEL line has a certificate from the State Sanitary Inspection.

SMART: universal lid and detachable handle

One Gerlach SMART lid fits 3 pots with diameters: 16/18/20 cm . Silicone edges perfectly fit the edges of the dish and protect it from scratches.

The lid is made of tempered glass , making it resistant to high temperature fluctuations. Additionally, it has been equipped with vent valve , which drains excess steam inside the vessel. The lid handle is very comfortable - it does not heat up and is safe.

Universal handle is compatible with all dishes from the SMART STEEL line. Thanks to the detachable option, the frying pans can be stored one inside the other, which allows save up to 50% space on the shelf.

Ergonomic handle fits perfectly in the hand, providing comfort and safety during use. Importantly, the handle opens and closes easily, and the 3 support points ensure exceptional stability.

The Gerlach SMART handle withstands up to 6 kg of load.
