In the event of mechanical damage to the enamel coating (chipping), the inner layer may become exposed, which can lead to rust and the risk of undesirable reactions with food.

The specially designed base is covered with an additional black layer of enamel that protects the main layer from discoloration due to potential overheating. This helps the pot retain its aesthetic appearance for longer.

The pot's lid is made of tempered glass. It has a silicone rim that fits well to the edge of the cookware and prevents the enamel from chipping. The handle is made of natural oak wood, which not only complements the look of the pot but also limits heating.

• slight runs – formed by the enamel dripping before it dries,
• small missing areas in the enamel near handles and protruding parts of the cookware, e.g., at edges or spouts, occurring naturally in the production process.
