In Gerlach's offer, there are many products on which wood engraving can be done: oak cutting boards, selected knife blocks, their handles, and pan handles. On smaller wooden surfaces, we recommend adding a special dedication or an important date, while on larger ones, it's worth using ready-made graphics available on gerlach.pl, which, with their uniqueness and a hint of humor, will be an extraordinary gift - bringing joy or laughter to the recipient.

Before placing an order for wood engraving service, please read the terms and conditions carefully.
The engraving service is available only when making purchases in our online store gerlach.pl.
You can choose between dark and light engraving, where "dark" means a deep burn and "light" a light burn.
Note! The engraving service is performed only after receiving advance payment for the order (prepayment).
It's possible to create an individual graphic upon the customer's request – we invite you to estimate the cost via email at sklep@gerlachstore.uk with the graphic project attached (file format dwg, dxf, or jpg in high resolution).
Kitchen Knives
Loft - block (graphic or text)
- Engraving is not performed on the blades and handles of Loft kitchen knives.
- Engraving is performed only on the block.
- Engraving is performed only on the non-varnished part of the block.
- The block can be engraved with text or a graphic chosen from the graphics available in point 2 (any modifications to standard graphics will be individually priced).
- Engraving can only be placed in the middle of the block side.
- The engraving will be located on the left side of the block when looking from the brand logo.
Natur - block (graphic or text) and kitchen knife handles (text)
- Engraving is performed on the block and the handles of kitchen knives.
- Only text can be engraved on the handles of kitchen knives (The character limit for engraving is 20).
- The block can be engraved with text or a graphic chosen from the graphics available in point 2 (any modifications to standard graphics will be individually priced).
- Engraving can only be placed in the middle of the block side.
- The engraving will be located on the left side of the block when looking from the brand logo.
Country – block (graphic or text)
- Engraving is performed only on the block.
- Engraving is not performed on Country kitchen knives.
- The block can be engraved with text or a graphic chosen from the graphics available in point 2 (any modifications to standard graphics will be individually priced).
- Engraving can only be placed in the middle of the block side.
Deco Black – block (graphic or text)
- Engraving is performed only on the block.
- Engraving is not performed on Deco Black kitchen knives.
- Engraving is performed only on the non-varnished part of the block.
- The block can be engraved with text or a graphic chosen from the graphics available in point 2 (any modifications to standard graphics will be individually priced).
- Engraving can only be placed near the base of the block (at the bottom of the block). The engraving will be located on the left side of the block when looking from the brand logo.
Accessories
Natur cutting boards (text or graphic)
- Engraving is performed in the middle of the cutting board or in its lower left/upper corner.
- The board can be engraved with text or a graphic chosen from the graphics available in point 2 (any modifications to standard graphics will be individually priced).
Natur pans (handle)
- Engraving is performed only on the pan handle.
- Engraving is not performed on the pan body,
- The character limit for engraving is 20.
You choose the graphic to be engraved on the product from those available below. Please specify the graphic number and the content to be engraved. Also, please carefully read the notes below.

a) When choosing graphic 1 or 3, please specify the name to be engraved according to the pattern shown above, no other graphic elements can be changed. The name will be engraved only in the place and manner shown in the picture.
b) When choosing graphic no. 2 please specify the surname and first names to be engraved according to the pattern shown above, no other graphic elements can be changed. The first names and surname will be engraved only in the graphic symbol i.e., on the ribbon in the manner shown in the picture. Note: graphic is burned only on wooden boards.
c) Graphics no. 4, 5, 6, 7 are not editable. This means that you do not have the option to change them in terms of content or graphic elements. The graphics will be engraved according to the above pattern.
Note! Any modifications and changes to the above graphics and texts, going beyond the standards set in the above points and the entire terms and conditions, as well as completely new designs proposed by you, are possible to execute, however, only after prior consultation with our Customer Service. Such projects will be considered and priced for you individually. All details regarding individual projects are included in point 8 of these terms and conditions.
3. Four types of fonts are available to choose from: Times New Roman, Lucida Calligraphy, Allura, and Kaushan Script.
4. The size and height of the font depend on the product you choose and/or the number of characters. Depending on the product you choose and/or the number of characters, the engraving may differ from the text/graphic proposals presented in our sample offer.
5. Due to the uniqueness of wood, its structure, and color, the completed engraving may differ from that seen in the pictures in our offer.

7. It is possible to execute a project on a special order, sent by you, which will be subject to individual pricing. In this case, please contact our Customer Service by phone at (+48) 48 375 80 82 and/or email: shop@gerlach.pl (graphics in .dxf or .jpg format will be accepted).
8. Due to the fact that wood engraving is done according to an individual order and specification of the Consumer, serving to satisfy his needs, the Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the sales contract for such products with wood engraving under the provisions of the Act of 30.05.2014 on consumer rights (basis: Art. 38 point 3) www.acts and point 8.9.1. (3) of the Regulations.
