Cutlery with engraved dates, names, or initials will commemorate important moments in life, such as a wedding, anniversary, or birthday. It also serves as a wonderful keepsake that reminds of joyful moments spent with loved ones.
Engraving terms:
Before placing an order for cutlery engraving, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Engraving service is available only when purchasing cutlery in our online store www.gerlach.pl.
Selected models of cutlery have an “add engraving” option on their product page. To order a product with engraving, you must select the appropriate option from the available “choose engraving” variants, then specify the type of font and enter the engraving text in the “ENTER TEXT FOR ENGRAVING” field
Attention! The engraving service is performed only after receiving payment for the order in advance (prepayment).
Engraving service cost:
- 1 item (e.g., cake server): 15 PLN
- 2-item set (for salad/potatoes): 22 PLN
- 4-item set (children's cutlery): 29 PLN
- 6-item set (coffee spoons/tea spoons/cake forks): 29 PLN;
- 12-item set (e.g., dinner spoons/forks/knives): 49 PLN
- 24-item cutlery set: 72 PLN;
- 48-item cutlery set: 144 PLN;
- 68-item cutlery set: 180 PLN.
On round cutlery, we only perform dark engraving, whereas on flat cutlery either light or dark.

The maximum number of characters that can be engraved on cutlery is 18 (including spaces).
There are 4 types of fonts available for selection: Times New Roman, Lucida Calligraphy, Allura Regular, Kaushan Script Regular.

The price for the cutlery engraving service covers the same engraving on each piece of the set. Different texts on individual cutlery handles will be priced individually. In such cases, contact with Gerlach S.A. Customer Service is necessary (details on gerlach.pl).
The size and height of the font depend on the selected cutlery line and the number of characters.
We perform engraving only on the handles of the cutlery.
We do not perform engraving of graphic symbols on cutlery.
Gerlach S.A. does not fulfill orders for engravings that contain vulgarities, symbols generally recognized as offensive and indecent, racist, or violating intellectual property rights
Due to the fact that engraved cutlery is made according to an individual order and specification of the Consumer, serving to satisfy his individual needs, the Consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the sales contract for such cutlery based on the provisions of the Act of 30.05.2014 on consumer rights (basis: Art. 38 point 3) of the said Act and point 8.9.1.(3) of the Regulations.
