Steel baking tin with non-stick coating

The GRANITEX baking mold has been made of high-quality steel, which evenly distributes heat, ensuring even baking of dishes. It has been coated with the Swiss non-stick coating Ilag Xera Dur 2® Ceramic non-stick. Thanks to it, baked goods do not stick to the surface, making it easier to remove them and clean the dish after use. The coating is exceptionally resistant to high temperatures, making it suitable for use in the oven up to 250°C. Additionally, its appearance imitates granite, giving the mold an elegant and modern look.

The mold is equipped with silicone handles that protect against burns and make it easier to carry the dish. However, if necessary, they can be removed for precise cleaning of the mold. The handles can also be used in the oven up to 180°C.
