Steel baking mold with a non-stick coating

The GRANITEX baking mold is made of high-quality steel that excellently distributes heat, ensuring even baking of dishes. It is coated with Swiss non-stick coating Ilag xera dur 2 ® Ceramic non-stick. Thanks to this, baked goods do not stick to the surface, making it easier to remove them and clean the dish after use. The coating is exceptionally resistant to high temperatures, making it suitable for use in the oven up to 250°C. Additionally, its appearance mimics granite, giving the mold an elegant and modern look.

The mold is equipped with silicone handles that protect against burns, making it easier to carry the dish. However, they can be removed if needed, for example, to clean the mold thoroughly. The handles can also be used in the oven at temperatures up to 180°C.

It is recommended to wash the mold by hand due to the possibility of damaging the coating in the dishwasher from the use of strong detergents. When removing prepared dishes from the mold, wooden tools or those with a silicone tip should be used.
