The deep frying pan Granitex is made of the highest quality forged aluminum using technology Forged (using a press to shape the vessel at very high temperatures), which makes it more durable and resistant to deformation.
The frying pan features one of the best ceramic coatings currently available on the market, Ilag Xera Dur 2 ® Ceramic Non Stick It has two layers: a top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a base layer reinforced with ceramic and Xerogel to prevent cracking.
The thick, four-layer bottom of the Granitex frying pan perfectly and evenly conducts heat, making meal preparation simple and quick, while using energy even more efficiently. Additionally, the frying pan is equipped with a special disc in Full Induction technology , which allows for using the cookware on induction stoves in an even more efficient way than before.
