The pots, featuring a thick triple-layer base and made of 18/10 stainless steel, have a special straining function, making them an indispensable solution in the kitchen. The cookware is made of 18/10 stainless steel, making the pots resistant to high temperatures and scratches, as well as dishwasher-safe.

The triple-layer base with an integrated aluminium disc ensures excellent heat distribution and retention. In addition, it allows the cookware to be used on all types of hobs: electric, gas, ceramic, and induction. The pots are also suitable for oven use at temperatures up to 200°C, while the lids can be used up to 180°C. NOTE! Temperatures above 180°C may cause discolouration of the cookware.

Large and comfortable handles have been designed to guarantee the greatest possible comfort when stirring food and lifting heavy cookware or hot lids. Under the lid handle, there is a silicone pad that prevents excessive heating.

The internal measuring scale in the pots allows ingredients to be measured precisely, while the special pouring spout helps with pouring liquids.

The Superior line is equipped with an innovative straining function – it features two types of strainer in the lid.

The Superior line undergoes rigorous quality control and holds a certificate from the National Institute of Hygiene.

SMART THERMOCOAT frying pan set 20/24/28cm

SMART THERMOCOAT frying pans combine functionality and ease of use. They are perfect for small kitchens and kitchenettes, and indicate when they are ready for use. The use of a detachable handle and the ability to stack them one inside another allows up to 50% space to be saved in the cupboard. Cookware from the SMART line is suitable for cooking, frying, baking, serving dishes, and even storing food.

On the non-stick coating surface, there is a ThermoCoat indicator that shows when to start frying, allowing the pan to reach the optimal temperature. It also signals to the user when to reduce the heat, saving energy and preventing the cookware from overheating. Above all, it helps care for the pan and extend its lifespan. By identifying the ideal frying temperature, the cookware does not overheat, which in extreme cases could lead to deformation and loss of non-stick properties.

SMART THERMOCOAT frying pans are coated with the Swiss Ilag Non-Stick Ultimate non-stick coating, which makes it easier to prepare meals using a small amount of fat while preserving the flavour and aroma of dishes. This coating is distinguished by low abrasion and scratch resistance. It is safe to use and does not contain harmful substances such as cadmium, lead, or PFOA.

The thick, five-layer base with a stainless steel disc conducts heat perfectly and evenly, making food preparation simple and quick.

SMART universal lid 24cm/26cm/28cm

One Gerlach SMART lid fits as many as 3 pieces of cookware with diameters of: 16/18/20 cm. The silicone edges fit the rim of the cookware perfectly and protect it against scratches.

The lid is made of tempered glass, making it resistant to sudden temperature changes. In addition, it is equipped with a steam vent that releases excess water vapour from inside the cookware. The lid handle is very comfortable – it does not heat up and is safe to use.
