The frying pans are very durable and will perform excellently for frying, baking, cooking, serving dishes, and even storing food.
SMART STEEL frying pans and pots are made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel , characterized by resistance to damage and corrosion. Thick bottom with a built-in aluminum disc guarantees even heat distribution (technology Full Induction ) – dishes cook much faster, which results in lower energy consumption.
The inner part of the frying pan is Swiss ceramic coating ILAG XERADUR 2 – it does not contain harmful substances such as: PTFE, PFOA, cadmium, lead. The cookware is therefore completely safe for health and the environment.
The SMART STEEL line has been certified by the State Hygiene Authority.
The universal handle fits all cookware from the SMART STEEL line. With the detachable option, frying pans can be stored one inside the other, which allows save up to 50% space on the shelf.
The ergonomic handle fits perfectly in the hand, providing comfort and safety during use. Importantly, the handle opens and closes easily, and the 3 points of support ensure exceptional stability.

One Gerlach SMART lid fits 3 pots with diameters: 16/18/20 cm and 24/26/28 cm. The silicone edges perfectly adapt to the rim of the pot and protect it from scratching.
The lid is made of tempered glass, which makes it resistant to high temperature changes. Additionally, it is equipped with a vent that releases excess steam inside the pot. The lid's handle is very comfortable – it does not heat up and is safe to use.
