USAGE CONDITIONS FOR KETTLE

Since 1760, with passion, we create products known for very good quality. To fully enjoy the use of our products for as long as possible, please adhere to our guidelines.

BEFORE FIRST USE:

Wash the kettle inside and out with warm water,

Rinse thoroughly,

Dry the external surfaces with a soft cloth,

Fill with water (3/4 capacity) inside the kettle, bring to a boil and discard (repeat this process twice).

HOW TO USE:

Fill the kettle through the large opening with the lid up to a maximum of ¾ of its capacity. Overfilling the kettle may cause water to eject forcefully during boiling, which can cause burns or damage nearby objects,

Never boil water with the lid open,

Keep the whistle in the "closed" position during boiling,

Steam releasing from under the lid or whistle during boiling can cause burns, so be cautious when opening the lid to avoid burns (wait until the water cools down or wear protective gloves),

The handle and whistle of the kettle can get hot, always use protective gloves to avoid burns,

Always use the button on the handle to unlock/lock the whistle,

The burner diameter should always be smaller than the base diameter of the kettle to avoid overheating the handle,

The whistle will sound when the water is boiled,

If you notice a blue tint on the exterior surface of the kettle, it indicates that the steel has been overheated due to too high a flame on the burner or excessive heat was generated by boiling too little water,

When boiling water and pouring it, always point the spout away from the user,

After boiling, turn off the burner and wait about 15s before opening the whistle/spout,

After pouring water from the kettle, place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface (if the kettle has boiled dry, turn off the burner immediately and leave the kettle until it cools down),

The kettle is intended solely for boiling water (do not boil other beverages or water with additives such as coffee, tea, salt, sugar, etc.).

KETTLE CARE:

Wash the kettle with warm water and dish soap using a soft sponge,

Do not use cleaning powders or metal scrubbers,

After washing, dry the external surfaces with a soft cloth,

Dishwasher cleaning – some detergents may damage plastic parts as well as metal parts, thus dishwasher cleaning of kettles is not recommended. Hand washing is advised.

In case of a claim, the product along with the proof of purchase must be delivered to the sales point or company headquarters.
