With every purchase, you receive points that can be exchanged for discount vouchers to be used during subsequent purchases. This is how we want to thank you for your trust and long-term cooperation, offering you additional benefits and savings. Join our Gerlach Premium Club community and see how we can make your shopping even more special.

How to take advantage of our loyalty program?

Create an account in our store at www.gerlach.pl.

Place an order in our store as a logged-in user.

The funds spent on purchases will fuel your point account: 1 PLN = 1 point, which after 14 days from the purchase date, will be possible to exchange for a voucher.

100 points = 5 PLN which you can then convert into a voucher for further purchases.

  • you will also receive points by posting a product review after purchase (send us a screenshot of the added review to shop@gerlach.pl - we will award an additional 100 points to your account within 7 days)
  • points are valid on your account for 120 days;
  • the minimum order amount to use the received voucher is 100 PLN;
  • the minimum amount of points to convert them into a voucher is: 500.

How to manage loyalty points?

1. Log in and go to the customer panel in the upper right corner of the page and then select "Loyalty Program" from the menu.

2. On the next page, all information about your loyalty points will be displayed. Here you will find, among other things, information about:

  • order details;
  • awarded points;
  • status e.g. points available for exchange, cancelled;
  • points validity period.

After accumulating the required amount of points, the option “Exchange my points for a voucher...” will be activated. After confirming with “OK”, you will convert points into an individual discount code (voucher), which can be used for a subsequent purchase on www.gerlach.pl – the value of purchases to be paid will be reduced by the voucher amount.

3. After exchanging points, a discount code for further purchases will be generated.
