Designed for intensive use, the dish's coating has been strengthened by Xerogel ® , which makes the ceramic coating resistant to abrasion. It is a product for the most demanding individuals who value quality and durability in their used products. Out of concern for the health of the users, the frying pans do not contain harmful substances, making them extremely user-friendly while cooking. Additionally, the extremely smooth and tight ILAG ceramic coating is easy to keep clean.
