Ingredients:
- 1 panini
- olive oil
- 2 slices of bacon
- 75 g turkey tenderloin
- 1 small tomato
- Two leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 1 teaspoon of sweet mustard
- 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 slices of yellow cheese
- Salt and pepper
How to make a turkey panini?
Cut the panini in half and gently sprinkle the olive oil on each side. Place the bun on the toaster or grill to lightly brown.
Rinse the turkey under running water, dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a grill pan, eg NATUR, fry the sirloin with the bacon slices until golden brown. Wash the tomato and cut it into slices. Rinse and dry the iceberg lettuce.
Prepare the garlic sauce. Mix natural yogurt with mayonnaise, then add garlic pressed through a press (we recommend SOLID garlic press) and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Brush the panini roll with garlic sauce (both halves) and put a slice of cheese, tomato, turkey, 2 slices of bacon, mustard, another piece of cheese and lettuce on it. Once you have placed all the ingredients for the bun, you can close it.
