Ingredients:
- 2 trout
- 1 tomato
- 1 lemon
- Rosemary
- Parsley
- Lemon pepper

How to prepare a fish meal - sautéed trout?
Begin by preparing the fish. Clean it and gut it by cutting along the abdomen and removing the insides (this should be done carefully so as not to damage the gallbladder), the gills and the eyes.
For gutting we recommend, among others kitchen knives in the LOFT block.
Rinse the fish thoroughly, dry them and let them sit for 20 minutes. After this time, put them in an ovenproof dish, season with salt, lemon pepper and add rosemary sprigs and parsley.
Arrange the lemon slices and sliced tomato in the dish.
Preheat oven to 250℃. Bake the fish for 10-15 minutes. However, it is worth controlling this time so as not to dry them.
Remove the finished dish from the oven. Serve the sautéed trout in an ovenproof dish.
