Ingredients:
- 250 g of fatty cottage cheese
- ½ cup of wheat flour
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
How to make pierogi leniwe?
Crush the curd with a fork or grind it in a food processor.
Then add the egg to it and mix. When the mass is uniform, add flour and a pinch of salt. Mix all ingredients together.
Prepare the pastry board by sprinkling it with flour.
Divide the mass into several parts and make a roll from each of them. Then you can flatten it a little and cut it into pieces.
Boil water in a large pot (we especially recommend the Superior pot set). Put the noodles in it and simmer it until it rises to the surface. Take them out with a slotted spoon.
You can serve them with e.g. sugar and cinnamon.
