How to make a Margherita pizza?
Prepare the dough by combining the ingredients: flour (use a special pizza flour), yeast, oil and water. Mix them together and start kneading the dough.
When you have the right consistency dough ready, shape it into a ball and set it aside in a warm place to rise for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce. Pour the passata into a bowl. Add dried basil, oregano, sugar, salt and pepper to it. Mix all the ingredients together - for mixing, we recommend the accessories from the NATUR series.
Slice the mozzarella cheese.
Then divide the dough into 3 parts and roll each of them into a pizza shape, keeping the thickness you like.
Place the dough on a baking sheet. Brush them with sauce and add the mozzarella slices.
Bake the pizza in an oven preheated to 250°C for 20 minutes.
Pizza Margherita is best decorated with fresh basil leaves before serving. Slicing will be facilitated by a special pizza knife, e.g. SOLID.
