Ingredients:
- 6 large, soft tomatoes
- 2 red peppers
- 1 ground cucumber
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
How to make gazpacho?
Wash tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers under running water, and then pat them dry with a paper towel.
Peel the tomatoes. To make it a bit easier, you can put them in hot water for a while - the peel will come off the tomatoes without any problems.
Dice the washed vegetables.
Peel the garlic and squeeze it through the press or grate it.
Put the chopped vegetables and garlic in a bowl and pour olive oil over them. Blend everything. Finally, season with vinegar, salt and pepper. Put the gazpacho in the fridge for about 2 hours. Serve chilled.
