Ingredients:
- 300 g of minced pork
- 40 g canned bamboo sprouts
- 3 spring onions
- 2 small carrots
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar
- 4 teaspoons of corn flour
- a pinch of chilli
- 1 whipped protein
- 25 sheets of wonton dough
How to make Dim Sum steamed dumplings?
Rinse and chop the bamboo sprouts and carrots well (we recommend the FINE kitchen knives). Finely chop the spring onion.
Put minced pork, spring onions, carrots, bamboo sprouts, chilli, soy sauce, sesame oil, powdered sugar and egg white in a bowl, then mix them thoroughly.
Pour the corn flour through a strainer into the bowl with the ready mass. Mix all ingredients again. Spread out the dough sheets. In the center of each, add one tablespoon of the filling. Gently moisten the edges of the sheet, bend them inwards and press them tightly to stick together.
Place a clean, damp cloth on the bottom of the steamer (we recommend the cookware included with the SIMPLE pots). Then place the dumplings next to each other in it. If you want to avoid the dumplings sticking together, keep the space between them small.
Cook covered for 8 minutes.
