Ingredients:
- 2 corn cobs
- Salt
How to make cooked corn cobs?
Peel the corn cobs from the leaves and rinse under running water. Cut each of them into 3 parts and place in a larger pot.
Boil water in a kettle and then pour it over the corn so that the cobs are completely covered (optionally, you can add a little sugar to the water).
Cook the corn for 10 minutes. If it is a bit older, it may need a few more minutes (check its softness while cooking).
After this time, take the corn out of the pot and drain the excess water. Serve it plain or with salt or butter.
