Ingredients:
- 150 g of dark chocolate
- 100 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 90 g of flour
- 150 g of sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 150 g of raspberries
How to make a raspberry brownie?
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath.
Pound the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat the ingredients. Then pour the butter and chocolate into them and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
In the second bowl, combine the flour, cocoa and a pinch of salt together, then pour the ingredients into the bowl with the eggs and chocolate. Mix everything again.
Pour the ready mass into a square SMART silicone mold. Place the raspberries on top.
Put the dough in an oven preheated to 160°C for about 30 minutes. Ready-made raspberry brownies can be served with e.g. vanilla ice cream.
Bon Appetit!
