Ingredients:
- 1 kg of berries
- 250 g of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
How to make blueberry jam?
Rinse the berries thoroughly under running water and dry them gently with a paper towel.
Put the fruit in a wide pot, add 2 tablespoons of water and cook over medium heat until they start releasing juice.
Then add brown sugar to them and mix gently.
Boil it all for an hour, stirring occasionally to prevent the fruit from burning to the bottom of the pot.
When the jam is ready, put it into dry jars, close them tightly and finally pasteurize them (e.g. by boiling the jars in a large pot or in the oven).
