Nettle, which is mostly associated with the medicine of our grandparents against reomatism, may also appears on the plate. Take a walk around your garden or nearby forest and collect as many young nettle leaves as possible, preferably the top, finer ones – they have the most nutrients. At home, remember to burn the nettle to get rid of microorganisms and a painful burning sensation. Then, take a medium-sized pot. Boil water with laurel leaves, allspice, garlic, salt and vegetables (carrots, potatoes). Fry the onion with the nettle in a frying pan, then put it to the already made brew, stir and season, for example with marjoram. You can also blend the soup - you will get a delicious nettle cream. With an extra spoon of yogurt on the top, the soup will taste just perfect.
For guts - a tart with vegetables
A tart is a dish that has a lot of admirers. One of the reasons is that you can prepare it with many ingredients: vegetables, cream, meat or fish.
