How to make vegetable broth?
Wash the vegetables well. Peel the carrots, celery, parsley, onion, and garlic, and then cut them into several pieces.
Cut out the hard leaves in time.
Pour about 1 liter of cold water into a pot with a capacity of 2.5 liters and put all the ingredients in it.
Cook on medium heat, covered for about 1.5 hours.
You can eat ready-made vegetable broth with cooked vegetables or use it as a base for other soups, e.g. Italian tomato soup.
