Ingredients:
- 500 ml of milk
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 lime
- 1 stick of vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 20 g of flour
- 200 g of fresh raspberries
How to make vanilla cream with raspberries?
Prepare the eggs by separating the yolks from the whites.
Mix the yolks with flour and 1 tablespoon of milk.
Wash the lime and grate the peel on fine meshes.
Pour the rest of the milk into a deep frying pan, add sugar, lime zest and vanilla stick. Bring everything to a boil.
Then reduce the heat, take out the cinnamon and add the egg mixture. Mix all ingredients and beat them gently, but do not bring to the boil again.
Put the ready mass into bowls and put fresh raspberries on top.
