How to prepare Swedish meatballs?
Peel the onions and dice them (we recommend Gerlach SMART Black kitchen knives). Then fry it in a pan until translucent.
Mix the flesh of the roll with 250 ml of broth and the onion. Then add minced meat (beef and pork), eggs, honey and spices.
Mix everything with your hands until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Form meatballs from the finished mass. You can use a tablespoon to measure out portions.
Heat the butter in a frying pan, e.g. Gerlach MONOLIT, and fry the meatballs on each side over medium heat until golden brown. If you are adding another portion, it is worth adding more butter.
In a pot, combine the flour with 3 tablespoons of water, cream and the rest of the broth. Bring everything to a boil, then put the ready-made meat balls into the pot.
Cook the Swedish meatballs for next 8 minutes.
