Ingredients:
- 150 g of potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of sweet mustard
- 2 pieces of smoked ham, 150 g each
- 200 g of green beans
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- Rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make it?
Season the meat with salt and pepper and coat it on both sides with mustard.
Rinse the potatoes and dice them.
Put into a bowl, add half a spoon of oil, salt, pepper and thyme. We mix everything up.
Place the potatoes on a baking sheet with baking paper and put them in the oven preheated to 190℃.
Bake the potatoes for 15 minutes, then open the oven, mix the potatoes and add slices of smoked ham. Bake it for 15 minutes.
Put the green beans into a pot of boiling water. From the moment the water boils again, cook the vegetables for about 10 minutes.
Serve the smoked ham on a plate with baked potatoes and green beans.
