Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of sparkling water
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Pinch of salt
How to make dough for Polish pancakes?
The preparation of the dough is very simple - you just need to combine all the ingredients together by hand or with a mixer.
Put the flour, eggs, milk and water in a bowl. Add a little salt and oil to the ingredients. Mix all ingredients together so that the dough is smooth and without lumps.
Prepare a frying pan, e.g. a GRANITEX pancake pan.
Preheat the pan over medium heat. When the heat is evenly distributed over the dish, measure out a portion of the dough and pour it into the pan. It is best to immediately spread them over the entire surface, e.g. by gently shaking the pan. After about 1 minute of frying, turn the pancake over and fry a little shorter. Remember that the pancake cake should be thin.
Finally, choose pancake toppings. You can serve this dish for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert. The most popular are the sweet versions, e.g. with cottage cheese, jam, fruit or chocolate cream, but instead of these ingredients, you can also add to them e.g. chicken with vegetables.
