Ingredients:
- 500 g of plums
- 700 ml of milk
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 200 g of short grain rice
- 40 g of raisins
- Cinnamon for decoration
How to prepare rice pudding?
Preheat the oven to 200℃.
Prepare the plums - wash them, cut them in half and remove the pips.
Pour the milk into the pan, add sugar, mix well. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil. Then add the rice and bring it to a boil again. Stir constantly to avoid burning.
Using a spatula, put the rice mass into a casserole dish or a pot that can be baked in the oven. Sprinkle it with raisins and place the plum halves on it.
Put the dish in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the dessert with aromatic cinnamon. You can serve it, for example, in bowls, both hot and cold.
