How to make a rhubarb pie?
Before you start making the cake, take the eggs out of the refrigerator. It's best to do this an hour before so that the eggs warm to room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 170℃.
Wash the rhubarb under running water, dry with a paper towel and peel. Cut the stalks into small pieces 1 cm long.
In the place, put the sifted flour and baking powder.
Break the eggs by separating the yolks from the whites.
Beat egg whites with a mixer until stiff for 3 minutes. Then gradually add sugar to them. Mix each spoonful of sugar for about a minute.
Stirring constantly, successively add the egg yolks, and finally the oil.
Reduce the power of the blender a little and add the flour and baking powder. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.
Line the baking tin with paper and pour a thick dough over it (if you use a silicone baking tin, you do not need to use paper).
Place the rhubarb on top of the cake.
Bake for 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 170℃.
