Ingredients:
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- Three tablespoons of sunflower oil
- Two teaspoons of rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare golden sweet potatoes from the oven?
Wash sweet potatoes under running water and then cut them into thicker slices.
Put them in a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil, 2 teaspoons of rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything up.
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Take a baking tray and put in baking paper. Place the sweet potato slices side by side on it (keep them slightly apart so that they do not touch each other).
Bake them for 25 minutes.
You can eat golden sweet potatoes from the oven solo or serve as an addition (e.g. with meat dishes).
