Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper
How to prepare potato pancakes?
Wash and peel the potatoes thoroughly. Then grate them on the finest mesh of a grater or use a food processor. Drain excess water from the prepared potatoes.
Peel the onion, chop it finely and add it to the grated potatoes.
Add eggs and flour to the mixture of potatoes and onions, as well as salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well to obtain a uniform consistency.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan (you can use HARMONY CLASSIC pan) and when it is ready, put on a portion of the finished mixture. Fry the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side, until both are golden brown.
Potato pancakes can be served in many ways, e.g. solo, with cream cheese, with sugar or with mushroom sauce.
