Ingredients:
- 500 g of potatoes
- 250 g of sweet potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 300 ml cream 30%
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60 g Emmentaler cheese
- Two tablespoons of butter
- 2 teaspoons of thyme
- Salt and pepper
How to make a creamy potato gratin?
Prepare a casserole dish or a SMART STEEL deep frying pan with a detachable handle.
Brush the sides of the dish with garlic and butter.
Wash the potatoes, sweet potatoes and carrots, peel and cut into thin slices.
Grate the cheese on a fine-mesh grater. In a bowl, combine the cream with the cheese and thyme. Season everything with salt and pepper. We recommend NATUR accessories for mixing.
Arrange the following layers in the dish: potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, potatoes. Then pour the cream sauce over them.
Preheat the oven to 200℃ and bake the dish for 40 minutes.
Creamy potato gratin is best served warm.
