Ingredients:
Cake:
- 280 g of flour
- 2 yolks
- 60 g of powdered sugar
- 135 g margarine
Curd:
- 1 kg of cottage cheese from a sandwich-cheesecake bucket
- 1/3 cup of oil
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 2 vanilla puddings
- 3 cups of raspberries
- Spoon of sugar
How to make raspberry cheesecake?
Knead the flour, egg yolks, powdered sugar and margarine until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Prepare a brittle bottom of it and put it into a mold.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put the cake pan in it for about 15 minutes.
While the dough is baking, prepare the cheese mass.
Put the cheese in a bowl, add powdered sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla pudding. Mix all ingredients thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Take the crunchy bottom pan out of the oven and pour the cheese mixture over it.
In a pot, cook the raspberries together with a spoonful of sugar. After 5 minutes, pour all the contents onto the cheese mass.
Reduce the temperature in the oven to 160°C and put the raspberry cheesecake in it for about an hour.
