How to prepare cannelloni in vegetable sauce?
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes, and the peeled garlic into small slices.
In a frying pan (eg GRANITEX with a ceramic coating) heat rapeseed oil and fry half of the prepared onion and garlic on it.
Wash the tomatoes, peel them, then dice them and place them in the pan.
Bring ingredients to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Thoroughly wash the peppers and zucchini and also cut them into cubes or slices. Add them to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until soft.
Mix the pork and beef with the rest of the onion and garlic. Add oregano, eggs, salt and pepper to them.
Fill the cannelloni with meat, place in a casserole dish or a GRANITEX roasting pan with butter and pour over the vegetable sauce. Cover the top layer of cannelloni with mozzarella slices and put in the oven.
Bake the cannelloni in the vegetable sauce for about 40 minutes.
Bon Appetit!
