Ingredients:
- 200 g of fresh baby spinach
- 100 g of bulgur
- 1 large red pepper
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 leek
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Rapeseed oil
- 1 can of red beans
- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare bulgur with vegetables and spinach?
Cook the bulgur according to the manufacturer's instructions on the packaging.
Rinse the spinach and drain any excess water.
Wash the remaining vegetables.
Dice the peppers and tomatoes. Cut the leek and onion into small pieces. Squeeze the garlic through the press.
In a deep frying pan, e.g. Gerlach GRANITEX, heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic and leek on it.
Then add the tomato puree and groats to the pan. Season to taste and mix thoroughly. Cook for about 8 minutes, covered, on a low fire.
