Ingredients:
- 200 g of blueberries
- 150 g Mascarpone cheese
- 150 g of heavy cream
- 1.5 tablespoons of honey
How to make a blueberry mousse with mascarpone?
Rinse the berries thoroughly under running water, and then pat them dry with a paper towel.
Blend the fruits. Beat the cooled heavy cream. At the end of churning, add the mascarpone and honey.
Mix everything thoroughly (we recommend the Natur accessories for mixing) with blueberries and put into cups.
Serve the dessert chilled.
