Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
- 500 g of potatoes
- ½ tablespoon of freshly shredded thyme
- ½ tablespoon of freshly shredded oregano
- ½ tablespoon of fresh fresh basil, shredded
- ½ tablespoons of fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper
How to prepare baked potatoes with herbs?
Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes, peel them and then cut them into quarters. Put them in a large bowl, add oil, salt, pepper and fresh, chopped herbs to them. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Place the baking tray with baking paper and then place the potatoes on it. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the potatoes are golden brown. Halfway through cooking, stir the potatoes.
Serve the baked potatoes with herbs with your favorite dishes, e.g. with grilled vegetables.
