Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes weighing 250 g
- 400 g of cottage cheese
- 160 g of Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, chives, and spring onions
- Salt and pepper
How to prepare stuffed potatoes?
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Meanwhile, wash the potatoes and pat them dry with a paper towel. Put them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or in an ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes. After this time, reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 40 minutes.
While the potatoes are baking, prepare the stuffing. Mix the curd cheese with yogurt, fresh herbs and chopped spring onion - for chopping herbs, we recommend the NATUR cleaver with a board made of acacia wood. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the potatoes are done, take them out of the oven, cut them in the middle and fill them with cottage cheese.
Serve the stuffed potatoes warm, garnished with freshly chopped chives.
