Steel baking mold with a non-stick coating

The GRANITEX baking mold is made of high-quality steel, which distributes heat perfectly, ensuring even baking of dishes. It is coated with the Swiss non-stick coating Ilag xera dur 2® Ceramic non-stick. This prevents baked goods from sticking to the surface, making it easier to remove them and clean the dish after use. The coating is exceptionally resistant to high temperatures, making it suitable for use in the oven up to 250°C. Additionally, its appearance mimics granite, giving the mold an elegant and modern look.

The mold is equipped with silicone handles that protect against burns, making it easier to carry the dish. However, they can be removed if needed, for example, to clean the mold thoroughly. The handles can also be used in the oven up to a temperature of 180°C.
