Steel baking tin with non-stick coating

The GRANITEX baking form has been made from high-quality steel, which distributes heat perfectly, ensuring even baking of dishes. It is coated with a Swiss non-stick coating Ilag xera dur 2 Ceramic non stick. Thanks to it, pastries do not stick to the surface, making it easier to remove them and clean the dish after use. The coating is exceptionally resistant to high temperatures and is therefore suitable for use in the oven up to 250°C. Additionally, its appearance imitates granite, giving the baking form an elegant and modern look.

The mold is equipped with silicone handles that protect against burns and make it easier to transport the dish. If necessary, they can be removed to, for example, thoroughly clean the mold. The handles can also be used in the oven at a temperature of 180°C.
