The blade was made fromstainless steel X30Cr13 with added chromiumwhich increases durability and resistance to corrosion.

The hardness of the knife blade Style on the Rockwell scale is52-54 HRCThe Rockwell scale indicates the ability to maintain sharpness over a period of time and assesses resistance to mechanical damage and blade overload. Hard knives retain sharpness for a long time, but are harder to sharpen, less flexible, and more prone to cracking and chipping. Each knife should be rigid to slice various ingredients precisely, yet at the same time it must be flexible enough not to break when changing the cutting angle or applying heavy pressure.

The knife handle is also covered with a special non-slip coating. The coating is made of thermoplastic rubber, which prevents the knife from slipping out of the hand, even if it is wet. Additionally, the coating protects the handle from corrosion.
