The pots have a thick tri-ply bottom, made of 18/10 stainless steel, and feature a special straining function, making them an indispensable solution in the kitchen and a delight for any cooking enthusiast.
Functionality and Modern Appearance
Ambiente pots are made of the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel, which makes them exceptionally resistant to damage, corrosion, high temperatures, and suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
The tri-ply bottom with an integrated aluminum disc ensures even heat distribution combined with heat retention. Thanks to this feature, cooking is shorter and more energy-efficient. Additionally, it allows the use of the cookware on all types of cookers: electric, gas, ceramic, and induction. The pots are also suitable for oven use up to 180°C. Warning! Temperatures above 180°C may cause discoloration of the cookware.
Fitted lids made of tempered glass adhere perfectly to the edges of the cookware, ensuring that it is hermetically sealed, food inside is evenly heated, and water with nutrients does not escape outside the cookware. The lids have a special vent that releases excess steam outside the cookware.
Large and comfortable handles have been designed to ensure maximum comfort when stirring dishes and lifting heavy cookware or hot lids. Under the handle of the lid, there is a silicone pad that prevents excessive heating.
The internal measuring scale in the pots allows for precise measurement of added ingredients, and a special spout will assist in pouring liquids. The series is equipped with an innovative straining function – it features two types of strainers in the lid.
