The three-layer bottom with a built-in aluminum disc ensures even heat distribution combined with heat retention. Thanks to this feature, cooking is quicker and becomes more energy-efficient. Additionally, it allows the cookware to be used on all types of stoves: electric, gas, ceramic, and induction. The pots are also suitable for use in the oven up to 180°C. Note! Temperatures above 180°C may cause discoloration of the cookware.
Fitted lids with tempered glass fit perfectly to the edges of the dish, ensuring that it is hermetically sealed, the food inside is heated evenly, and the water with nutrients does not escape beyond the dish. The lids have a special air vent , which vents excess steam outside the vessel.

The hardness of the Deco Black knife blade on the Rockwell scale is 53-55 HRC. The Rockwell scale indicates the ability to maintain sharpness over a certain period and tests the resistance to mechanical damage and blade overload. Hard knives retain their sharpness for a long time, but they are also more difficult to sharpen, less flexible, and more prone to cracking and chipping. Every knife should be rigid to precisely cut various ingredients, but on the other hand, it must be flexible enough so it doesn't break when changing the cutting angle or applying significant pressure.
