The blades are made of stainless steel. X30Cr13 with added chromium , which enhances durability and resistance to corrosion.

The hardness of the STYLE PLUS knife blade on the Rockwell scale is 52-54 HRC .

The knife handle is coated with a special non-slip coating . The coating is made of thermoplastic rubber, which prevents the knife from slipping out of the hand, even when it is wet. Additionally, the coating protects the handle from corrosion. The block is made of lacquered beech wood .
