The kitchen knives are entirely made of the highest quality steel stainless X30Cr13 with added chromium , providing increased resistance to corrosion.

The hardness of the Ambiente knife blade on the Rockwell scale is 55-56 HRC .

The Ambiente set is available with solid steel block , which not only helps in storing knives but also serves as a great decorative element.

To enjoy the reliability and stylish appearance of Gerlach kitchen knives for as long as possible, we recommend washing them by hand. Washing knives in a dishwasher, due to the high water temperature and the action of chemical agents, may lead to permanent damage to the blades and handles of the knives.
