Modern minimalism

Kitchen knives are made entirely of the highest quality steel stainless X30Cr13 with added chromium , providing increased resistance to corrosion.

The hardness of the Ambiente knife blade on the Rockwell scale is 55-56 HRC .

Comfortable and ergonomic handle knives with a classic shape are also made of stainless steel

The Ambiente set is available with solid stainless steel block , which will not only help in storing knives but also serve as a great decorative element.

To enjoy the reliability and stylish appearance of Gerlach kitchen knives for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing them. Washing knives in the dishwasher, due to the high water temperature and the action of cleaning agents, may lead to permanent damage to the blades and the handles of the knives.
