USAGE CONDITIONS FOR POTS AND PANS

Since 1760, with passion, we create products known for very good quality. To fully enjoy the use of our products for as long as possible, please adhere to our guidelines.

CARE:

Remember to wash the cookware in warm water with a mild detergent before first use, then boil water in them.

Before washing the pots, ensure they have cooled down and never place hot vessels under cold water.

Wash the pots after every use with the soft side of a sponge, in warm water using mild detergents.

Avoid using strong cleaning agents, harsh brushes, sponges, or cloths.

When washing pots in the dishwasher, do not place them in the same compartment as silver products.

Always try to thoroughly dry the pots after washing them with a soft cloth. You can also rub the cookware with a small amount of edible oil to create a protective layer.

If white spots appear on the bottom of the pots, remove them using citric acid or vinegar. If the spots are dark, use a stainless steel cleaner. The deposit on the pots is the result of mineral components contained in water and is completely harmless.

WHILE COOKING:

Always position the pots centrally on the heat source.

The size of the cookware you use should match the size of the burner.

If using a gas stove, make sure the flame does not extend beyond the sides and handles of the cookware - this can cause discoloration.

Avoid large temperature jumps on the stove. Never excessively heat empty pots.

Add salt to boiling water. Do not add salt to cold water or empty vessels, as this can cause corrosion.

Ensure not to let the dish boil dry in the pot, as this can damage your cookware.

When cooking or reheating thick dishes, remember to stir them often to avoid burning.

Always use kitchen gloves to lift lids and carry pots.

Do not store food in pots.

Remember that you can use pots in the oven up to 220 degrees, and lids up to 180 degrees.

(NOTE!) Temperatures above 180 may cause discoloration of the cookware.
