Brava pots are made of the highest quality 18/10 stainless steel , which makes the dishes exceptionally resistant to damage, corrosion, high temperatures, and dishwasher safe.

Triple-layer bottom with built-in aluminum disc provides even heat distribution combined with heat retention. Thanks to this feature, cooking time is reduced and becomes more energy-efficient . Additionally, it allows for the use of the dish on all types of cookers : electric, gas, ceramic, and induction. The pots are also suited for use in the oven up to 180°C. Note! Temperatures above 180°C may cause discoloration of the dishes.

Fitted tempered glass lids fit perfectly to the edges of the dish, ensuring that it is hermetically sealed, the food inside is evenly heated, and the water with nutrients does not escape outside the dish. The lids feature a special air vent , which releases excess steam outside the vessel.
