The First set is made of 18/10 stainless steel, which increases resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and damage, and allows for cleaning the dishes in the dishwasher and using them in the oven up to 180°C.

The Contrast Procoat aluminum frying pan features one of the best ceramic coatings currently available on the market, Ilag Xera Dur 2 ® Ceramic Non Stick. It consists of two layers: a top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a base layer reinforced with ceramic and Xerogel to prevent cracking.
Out of concern for users' health, the frying pans do not contain harmful substances, making them extremely user-friendly during cooking. Furthermore, the exceptionally smooth and sealed ILAG ceramic coating is easy to keep clean.
The thick bottom ensures perfect and even heat distribution and guarantees that the Contrast Procoat line is suitable for all types of cookers.
An important feature is the utilization of the full potential of induction cooktops, thanks to the thick bottom with a built-in full aluminum disc for induction (Full Induction technology), which ensures faster food preparation.
