The Contrast Procoat aluminum frying pan features one of the best currently available ceramic coatings on the market, Ilag Xera Dur 2 ® Ceramic Non Stick. It has two layers: a top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a base layer reinforced with ceramic and Xerogel to prevent cracking.

In consideration of the users' health, the frying pans do not contain hazardous substances, making them extremely user-friendly while cooking. Additionally, the very smooth and airtight ILAG ceramic coating is easy to keep clean.

The thick base ensures perfect and even heat distribution and guarantees that the Contrast Procoat line is suitable for all types of cooktops.

An important feature is the full utilization of induction cooktops, thanks to the thick base with a built-in full aluminum disk for induction (Full Induction technology), which ensures faster cooking.

Large and comfortable handles have been designed to ensure maximum comfort while stirring dishes and lifting heavy pots or hot lids. Under the lid handle, there is a silicone pad that prevents excessive heating.
