The aluminum frying pan Contrast Procoat features one of the best ceramic coatings currently available on the market, Ilag Xera Dur 2 ® Ceramic Non Stick. It has two layers: a top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a base layer reinforced with ceramics and Xerogel to prevent cracking.

Out of concern for user health, the frying pans do not contain hazardous substances, making them extremely user-friendly during cooking. Additionally, the very smooth and tight ceramic coating ILAG is easy to keep clean.

The thick bottom ensures perfect and even heat distribution and guarantees that the Contrast Procoat line is suitable for all types of cookers.

An important feature is the full use of induction cooktops, thanks to the thick bottom with a built-in full aluminum disk for induction (Full Induction technology), which provides faster cooking of dishes.

Large and comfortable handles have been designed to ensure maximum comfort when stirring dishes and lifting heavy cookware or hot lids. Under the lid handle, there is a silicone pad that prevents overheating.
