Deep frying pan CONTRAST PROCOAT – cookware for special tasks

The aluminium frying pan Contrast Procoat features one of the best ceramic coatings currently available on the market, Ilag Xera Dur 2 ® Ceramic Non Stick. It has two layers: the top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a base layer reinforced with ceramic and Xerogel to prevent cracking.

In consideration of users' health, the frying pans do not contain harmful substances, making them extremely user-friendly while cooking. Furthermore, the exceptionally smooth and sealed ILAG ceramic coating is easy to keep clean.

The thick bottom ensures perfect and even heat distribution, guaranteeing that the Contrast Procoat line is suitable for all types of cookers.

An important feature is the full utilization of induction plates, thanks to the thick bottom with a built-in full aluminum disc for induction (Full Induction technology), which allows for faster meal preparation.
